sekarang ni kat ofis dan aku mmg xda keje nak buat..
jadi aku bosan lalu decide untuk tulis blog..
aku da apply cuti utk khamis dan jumaat ni tinggal boss last je nak sign, but i foresee no problem boleh cuti punya..
so tanpa membuang masa marilah kita ke topik bual kita yg pertama untuk entry kali ini
1. Forex and automated software
so recently i have joined an Forex trading websites www.xm.com and i have deposited USD100 for trading. I also purchased the automated trading robot called EA that will do the trading for me.
it was introduced by abg airudin the guy who sorta mentored me in CWA..
i said sorta coz up until now i still havent joined cwa completely coz i havent gone for the exam..
which i have paid for several times, in total da bayar lebih rm1k.. but due to work schedule i couldnt attend the exam, i was offshore on the dates the exam was scheduled.. so thats that..
back to this forex thingy.. i still have doubts but i just wanna give it a try.. am i stupid? too care free?
should i be too careful that it stops me from trying out stuffs?
haha i guess thats just how i am, i like taking risks, even the ridiculous ones..
when will i learn? should i learn? hahaha
so the reason that i was attracted to joining this forex thingy is because i dont have to do the trading myself, all is done by the software
and based on trade results by abg airudin, he managed to get daily return of 2 - 3% and i kinda trust this guy to be honest. i think hes trustworthy.. anyhow i still need to check it out by myself kan.. to see if it really works..
i hope it works..
and in the event that it does, i can expect monthly return of ~50%
meaning by next month, my account should rake profit of USD50..
and if that happens, then i will deposit more fund into this account, maybe another USD200, so i will have bigger equity for trading purpose and can get more income in the following month..
sounds too good to be true, right? hahaha

2 days ago while i was preparing for work, tgh iron rambut bagai tetiba my phone keluar this ad about trading software.. not sure what it was called.. but it was in the UK.. i watched the video for a good 20 minutes but i didnt register or take it seriously.. tutup je phone lepas tu.. in the video the guys sorta made an experiment la konon pegi cari stranger suruh bukak account and trade, kalau rugi dia nak bagi stranger tu gbp1000 for the time so the so called stranger pun register and started trading in 5 minutes dia dpt profit gbp2000.. mcm haram senang gila keje kau kan dapat 2000 pound dalam masa 5 minute.. kalah siti nurhaliza..

2. bisnes kedai baby
obviously my mind is still stuck in thinking about this forex trading.. but i will leave it there.. carry on with my life and do other things as well, and that includes talking about bukak bisnes kedai baby..
actually it was/is my wifes idea. we have a fren in omega, encik fahmi lasim who already opened up his business of selling babies clothes and necessities like diapers, formulae milk etc..
he combined forces with his abang and his abangs kawan, using their own money in total of rm120k to start the business.. they had lotsa savings, they didnt even apply for personal loan or business loan..
in 6 months, they already got back their capital of 120k, which is impressive, hence this feeling of inspired that we feel to follow in his footsteps..
but here lies the problem.. we dont have rm120k.. and we dont have pekerja yet..
but mostly the biggest problem is we dont have capital to run the business..
maybe its not time yet.. when the time comes it will happen eventually, i believe so..
3. No motivation to work
since my contract is ending until the end of the month, i feel so unmotivated at work.. there is nothing to do hence the demotivation.
i am always sleepy and bored at work and thats making me feel depressed. i feel like i need to be doing something about it but i cant..
i want to quit this job, but then comes the bigger question, what am i gonna do if i quit this job?
will be unemployed? or more precisely self-employed by working with uber as their driver?
or will i be looking for a job from a different company?
or will i be focusing on other alternatives to make money like cwa, insurance or even berniaga kecil kecilan?
to be honest i dont want to be doing any of that coz i am such a pemalas.. but i cant escape, i still need to work..
on 2nd thought it feels better to just stick to working with sapura after all..
i am such a mess.. i want to do something else but fear of losing prevents me from trying something else.. its coz of the commitments and the family needs i cannot simply choose as i please.. other people and their needs need to be taken into consideration too..
so here i am still stucked with sapura..
owh they said they will renew my contract for another 6 months but until now still no contract so i ma just go with the flow.. if no contract, i will do uber then in the mean time i will be looking for a different job, particularly in johor baharu.. i really want to move there and live with my family.. my cute little family.. so marilah kita berdoa ye dak.. semoga dpt keje kat sana..

and lagi satu is that my cwa exam is scheduled on 8/10/2016 on a Saturday.. Ya Allah ya tuhanku tolong la beri aku pelepasan dan kesenangan untuk pergi menduduki exam tu.. dan semoga aku lulus dgn jayanya..

mcm x penting je tp xpe la.. citer la jugak pasal ni.. 2 weeks ago aku da switch to celcom gold first plan yg unlimited call dgn 10gb data tu, juga dia kasi yonder subscription for 1 year.. sebelum ni aku cam x pernah tahu pon pasal yonder ni.. bila budak kat blue cube tu bgtau baru la aku tahu.. dia mcm spotify or apple music.. tp yonder ni free utk pelanggan celcom gold first utk setahun je la.. lepas ni kena bayar.. best la jugak sbb boleh dgr lagu dgn senang xyah nak download2 bagai..
cuma lagu2 dia x byk sgt la.. dan dia kadang2 mcm pelik dan akan stop sendiri tanpa ada org kacau.. tp xpe la.. kalau x suka jgn guna ye dak.. so far ni ok je.. cuma kadan2 je cam pelik sikit..

i have been thinking to do refinancing of my asb loan.. i want to surrender the current account and then apply again.. i am thinking to do with cimb 200k for asb and 200k with maybank for asb2.. but maybe i will do that in October.. or i just wait until january to do that.. not sure yet.. we will see how la..
the reason i want to "refinance" is because cimb offers lower interest rate therefore its more economical, i think..
but the catch is that the loan tenure is longer; 30 years, this could also be good in the sense that the monthly commitment is less compared to current loan which tenure is 25 years. i think there are pros and cons but i am more inclined to proceeding with the refinancing.. but we see la how nnt..
6. Buat passport for mak n bapak
actually a few weeks ago i already ajak my parents to go buat passport because i plan to bawak them jenjalan overseas.. tp mak cam x semangat je aritu and bapak was in pain because of his athritis.. initially plan nak bawak pergi bandung indonesia.. but bapak asyik cakap nak pergi singapore jer.. so i guess its singapore then.. but am yet to plan on the trip.. nnt la kot aku akan discuss w my wife and my kak.. she wants to go to USS, but i dont think USS is a good place for my parents.. so mmg kena sit down with the family and plan where to go, how to get there, where to eat etc..
owh i forgot to mention, during merdeka long weekend my family and my in laws went to guangzhou china.. we visited many beautiful places.. guangzhou is like the 4th largest city in china and there were millions of people.. everywhere is packed everytime..

i was on my way back to wangsa maju from TBS, coming back from JB, and when i was changing train from SP line to KJ line i had forgotten my luggage.. i walked to the KJ line train and realized that i had left my luggage at the pervious train and i went to inform the masjid jamek station staff of my luggage.. they contacted the stations after towards sentul timur and they couldnt find the luggage..
hmm.. nak marah siapa selain dari diri sendiri for being careless.. it is so sad coz there were many stuffs in there i bought for my mak bapak kakak and abang, and for myself too.. estimated lost dalam rm2k jugak la..
i am so unlucky..
maybe tu sbg peringatan semoga aku lebih berhati2.. atau mungkin balasan kepada aku yg jarang bersedekah? entah la.. kita doa je la kat Allah supaya kita dijauhkan dari benda musibah mcm ni..

last week i tested playing with it at my house in pulai.. main punya main benda tu terbang tinggi sangkut atas atap rumah sebelah.. hahaha.. tekan2 controller tu x mau gerak.. rupanya sbb battery dia da weak.. so aku pon terpaksa la menjadi spiderman memanjat rumah jiran sebelah yg kosong tu dan retrieve the drone.. dah la time tu da nak hujan.. kalau aku x panjat tu mmg rosak la benda tu kena hujan kan..
akibat dari stunt aku memanjat atap rumah jiran tu tgn aku pun luka sbb aku berpaut pada pagar besi yg tajam.. tp its healing quite nicely now.. x da pergi klinik pon.. i am like wolverine, cepat sembuh luka.. haha feeling..
btw, time kat guangzhou aku byk buat video je tp aku x upload la ke internet lagi.. ada save dalam laptop ni je..

yesterday i bough a laptop online.. its a refurbished laptop HP Elitebook 2560p..
menarik kan.. specs dia agak tinggi la for the price.. aku pon cam beli secara impulsive je..
i cant wait for it to arrive.. mcm2 aku nak buat dgn laptop ni..

i think last week while i was at tesco ampang, there was a counter to book for a SOHO unit in Manjung Perak..
i was intrigued coz the lady said this unit nearby UTP, UITM yada2, and the price was only RM90k..
ada discount bumi la, discount beli haritu la.. semua sales strategy je tu..
pastu dia citer fully furnished la ada AC katil tilam meja water heater apa sumer..
bayar bulan2 dalam rm450 ke bank, pastu dia cakap developer boleh arrange utk sewakan kat tenants, landlord akan receive cheque quarterly for the rental.. everything is handled by the developer.. owner just cash in the money..

the developer company is called Setia Awan Sdn Bhd. The project is Seri Iskandar Prima..
i already paid the booking RM1k, but after giving it a longer thought and after discussion w my wife we decided to cancel the booking..
so yesterday i went to tenco again and meet with the team and sign the cancellation. they said will bank in the booking fee that i paid the other day..
slightly rasa bersalah but takpe lah.. its my right as the customer kot to cancel..
they said it will take about 1 week for the money to be cleared, so by next week i will be rm1k richer..
i think i will keep the 1k in maybank and use it for asb loan payment next month..

so yesterday i went to tenco again and meet with the team and sign the cancellation. they said will bank in the booking fee that i paid the other day..
slightly rasa bersalah but takpe lah.. its my right as the customer kot to cancel..
they said it will take about 1 week for the money to be cleared, so by next week i will be rm1k richer..
i think i will keep the 1k in maybank and use it for asb loan payment next month..
